Chapter 208: Infohazard Discussion.
You might be slightly confused by what I left off on, so let me explain a little. While she doesn’t use any of the previously mentioned energy sources, the Cultivator does use Soul Energy. And, in fact, Celia’s new method works for every type of energy, Soul Energy, and even, like, non-magical types.
Rather, she figured out a property of existence, which no one has thought of yet, let alone attempted to put into practice. Though, always trusting in her lover, and with nothing to lose in trying it out, Guanyu was the first to utilize what our wife realized.
Guanyu: “As you can see, my power has increased by at least 1,000-fold, if not more.” She calmly said, showing off a bit of her strength via aura.
Celia: “I, as well, gained similar increases. Although, neither of us has tested our full potential.” She added, still a bit awkward.
Runeth: “How come? With you being so curious…I’m surprised that you haven’t tried doing so, Mom.” She asked with a thinking pose.
Guanyu: “In truth, we did attempt that; but quickly decided against using more than a small percentage of what we’ve acquired.” She answered with a laugh, a rarity from her, even these days.
Mena: “Eh? Did you both, like, just get bored; since, prior to this, you were already more powerful than everyone else?” She asked with a head tilt.
Celia: “No; it just started feeling like…the whole of existence would implode if we expressed more than 4% of our strength.” She nonchalantly answered in her wife’s stead.
Everyone: “( ’-’ ~)”
A few days ago, every place was on high alert, as we felt that attempt. The fear was that some unknown enemy was trying to destroy…everything, and we had to prepare to face them. Fortunately, nothing else like that happened again, and we came to the conclusion that Celia must have secretly gotten upset at something, which was the source of that feeling.
Considering how we currently refuse to bother with gaining Levels entirely, are we going to also willingly ignore this new boon that Celia has gifted us? Fuck, I don’t think that’s possible; such a thing is far too tantalizing to pass up. Especially not after Celia demonstrated her casting a decently expensive spell, and her MP Stat didn’t go down by even one digit…
A Month Later, Now Back To The Present.
Vulely: “…”
Celia: “As I suspected, this works for everything; a fundamental misunderstanding of how resources should be used.” She mused with a bright tone and smile, looking down at her work.
Higher Beings greatly benefited from Celia learning and revealing her method, and the same went for Mortals, too. Currently, my wife and I were in a modern Dimension, just having finished constructing a new nuclear power facility, and starting it up.
Glancing down at the city, standing on the balcony of our luxurious, highrise apartment, I felt…very proud of my beloved. With one power plant, Celia now makes more power than the most efficient nuclear power installations, even if there were 1,000,000 of them combined.
