"But Emerie Wilson can still go home and find her parents." Julian Campbell thought there seemed to be a flaw in his aunt’s plan.
"Do you think Old Mr. Wilson is a fool? When Emerie Wilson transferred her shares to Benjamin Walton, he was already disappointed, and as for Emerie Wilson abandoning them again to return to Benjamin Walton’s side, do you think Old Mr. Wilson will care about her anymore?"
"Don’t forget, the Wilson Clan is still under Old Mr. Wilson’s command." Sophie Wilson added, "The Wilson Corporation is under my dad’s control."
"Anyway, Old Mrs. Wilson may soften, but with Old Mr. Wilson pressing down on her, can she really go against the sky?" Sophie Wilson wasn’t worried at all, "Benjamin Walton won’t spoil Emerie Wilson. With no one in the Wilson Clan supporting her, what do you think will happen to someone with no earning capability, who’s used to living comfortably?"
Julian Campbell gulped awkwardly. His aunt... was ruthless.
"This is the second step I’m teaching you." Sophie Wilson said lightly with a smile, "The first step is to remain kind to others and hold your ground, the second step, if someone crosses us... strike back directly with no mercy! Make sure they learn from it in just one go!"
Julian Campbell nodded with a stiff neck.
"Okay, that’s pretty much all I can teach you. As for the specifics of doing business... I really don’t know much. I just know one thing, use people wisely. Pay them what they deserve, then let the right people be in the right place, playing to their strengths, that’s enough."
Sophie Wilson thought for a moment after saying this: "That’s pretty much what business is about, right?"
"Well then, I think I’ll continue learning from Uncle Charles." Julian Campbell wisely made his choice.
"Hmm." Sophie Wilson nodded, smiling, "Actually, making money is really such a simple thing, there’s no need to stress. Stressing too much can make you tense, just be happy."
"Oh, and one more thing." Sophie Wilson really said whatever came to her mind, "I think doing business should go with the flow; deliberately doing something doesn’t necessarily yield good results."
"Of course, I’m not saying to engage in underhanded methods. You should still work hard, serious and responsible management is key."
"What I mean is, for example, like with Jacob Smith, we were friends initially, and when I first got to know him, I never thought of exploiting him. Now, look, he brings business to me on his own. I think being honest and less opportunistic is better for both life and work."
Julian Campbell nodded: "Aunt, I understand."
Even though his aunt’s methods were somewhat questionable, her attitude towards handling affairs was worth learning.
"Ah, I still have some snacks here, let me get them for you." Sophie Wilson just remembered and quickly got up to leave.
It’s all Benjamin Walton and the others’ fault; when they arrived, she completely forgot about it.
"Aunt, no... need." As Julian Campbell said the word "need," Sophie Wilson had already left the room. He thought for a moment and gave Charles Seymour a call.
"Uncle, I’ve decided to start learning from you tomorrow."
"Why? Didn’t your aunt teach you well?" Charles Seymour’s voice turned cold, daring to say his Sophie didn’t teach well, Julian must be brave.
"No, no... she taught me very well, just that..." Julian Campbell said awkwardly, "it might take me a few years to reach my aunt’s level."
