Chapter 31

“Um, Ares?! What are you talking abouuu—” Amelia’s face is red as a barn door as she elbows Stey, who remains unfazed. “Amelia, you’re so skinny, but dis spot is suuuper meaty. ’Fyou treat it properly, it’ll aaalways be there for ya!” “You… You’re so dead, Stey. I’m gonna kill you!! Mmph?!” Stey’s fingers have reached Amelia’s dress buttons, and she opens the first one with ease. Amelia’s scarlet face is now turning different shades. Her lips tremble, but she can’t seem to find any words due to the shock. Stey has only managed to undo the middle button of Amelia’s dress, so I can’t see any skin or her panties, but still… This is way too far. Who knew someone could be such a terrible drunk that they try to strip someone else naked? Yet, before Stey can go any further, I step in and drag her off Amelia from behind. She tries hard to fight back, but I’m a much higher level than her and peel her off easily. Amelia rushes away from Stey, closing her button with a shaky hand. She glares at me with tears in her eyes. “I told you! I told you not to get Stey drunk…” “…You’re right, I’m sorry.” “…A-Ares… If you hadn’t been here…she would’ve attacked me.” It almost sounds like a joke, but Amelia looks absolutely serious. Her breasts, freshly kneaded and groped by Stey, heave up and down with her breathing. She must have noticed I was looking, as she takes a deep breath and says emphatically, “I think you’ve assessed the risk…quite thoroughly enough.” “I’m glad I gave her booze here, at the inn. And I’m glad we were the only ones around. It would’ve been a damn mess if we did this at a bar.” “Th-that’s not what I’m talking about!” “But hey, at the very least… I feel like you’ve grown from this experience.” As I reply, I look at Stey, who’s calmed down now that I’ve subdued her. Abilities are one thing, but implying that Stey’s shortcomings could lead to someone’s improvement is…completely absurd. Amelia mumbles hopelessly, “…Yes… I’ve learned so much…” “Ares, lemme gooo. I know whut ta do… I know whut ta do!” “The hell are you talking about, you dumbass?!” Stey seems obedient, but she’s still slurring like crazy. I can’t quite catch what Amelia is trying to say since Stey is so loud. Before I can ask Amelia to repeat herself, Stey lifts her neck as high as she can and moves her head. Her hair brushes my hand, and her pale throat sticks out right in front of my eyes. She must still be really drunk, because she gives me a coquettish look and says, “Ares, ’fyou dun want Amelia’s meaty bits, y’can have mine.” “What?” “My hands or feet or shoulders or tummy or boobies or butt—take whatcha like. I’m feelin’ real good today so y’can have the whole banquet to yerself.” “…You’re a really shitty drunk, Stey.” If just one teaspoon of alcohol mixed with soda gets her this absurdly wasted, how would she deal with a regular drink? If Amelia’s seen this before, I can understand why she thinks she can hold her alcohol—Stey is the world’s biggest lightweight. As I continue to restrain her, Stey starts to nuzzle me like she’s some sort of cat. Through her thin slip, I can feel her warm, pulsating body against mine. “I’m nawt a prime cut like Amelia, but I got faith in my meat quality. See, seeee!” Without a trace of modesty or embarrassment, Stey grinds her whole body against me. She feels so incredibly soft. Hmm, she’s not wrong. This is some high-quality meat… I’m strangely impressed, but just then, I hear a voice cold as ice ring out: “Recovery.” Amelia places her hand on Stey’s forehead, and a pale-green light seeps into her skull. Her eyes refocus, and she blinks repeatedly before gazing up at me like she’s just woken from a dream. “Huh? What’s going on? Why are you holding me?” Amelia ignores Stey and fixes her stern gaze on me. “…Wh-whaaat are you doing, Ares? Are you sexually harassing me?” “…I’m sorry. I promise to never give you alcohol ever again.” Stey is the ditz to end all ditzes. Let’s call her the ditz supreme. It’s no use crying over spilled milk, and prevention is better than cure. As I nod, content with the results of my experiment, Amelia mutters to herself—not for Stey’s ears. “…I’ll learn from this, for next time.”
