Chapter 1678: Meeting Face to Face

Taylor turned around with his hands on his hips, not looking at her, hoping she would take the hint and leave on her own. Julie took a few steps forward and stood beside him, treating him like a child.

Though her tone was cold and solemn, it was somewhat gentle, "Please manage your emotions, Prince. You are the one to inherit the throne and must mature. The Queen has high expectations of you."

"Who wants to inherit the throne?!" Taylor abruptly turned his eyes, full of pent-up anger, and vented at her, "Father has already driven me out! It will be difficult for me to even see him in the future! Inherit the throne? Dream on!"

Julie glanced at him and reminded, "That’s why you need to perform well and try to improve your image in the King’s heart."

Taylor felt wronged; he also wanted to be a good son, but his father’s temperament was too strange!

Julie stared at him unblinkingly, remaining unsmiling and appearing somewhat stern.

She told him, "CEO Kingston will come to give you gifts later. You are the face of the Queen, and she specifically asked me to remind you."

She meant that he should know what to do, not like a child.

Then Julie looked at the servants tidying up the mess beside them and spoke more firmly, "Hurry up!"

"Yes, Captain!" They dared not breathe heavily or lift their heads, quickly tidying up.

Then Julie glanced around and saw that several famous paintings on the wall had been damaged by him.

She sighed inwardly, then patiently looked back at the boy in front of her, "Prince, please step outside, I think it would be better to greet guests outside."

Estimating that they should have arrived, saying they would come here first.

Taylor was intimidated by Julie’s aura. Since she was sent by his mother, she represented his mother.

So, he reined in his gaze, irritably stepping outside.

Julie, like a monitor, followed him out, "Please tidy your clothes, Prince, and also sort out your mood."

Taylor was in a terrible mood; he didn’t lack anything, so what was there to give?

In the garden of Prince Louis’s palace, servants were trimming the plants, all taught by the Prince himself.

Justin Kingston, Catherine, and nearly ten others arrived at the gate of Prince Louis’s palace, where the guards saluted respectfully, "Hello, Your Highness!"

"This is CEO Kingston, who has come from afar, a distinguished guest of our royal family. Kindly inform Prince Louis that CEO Kingston has come to present him with a gift." said the Queen.

"Hello, CEO Kingston." They greeted.

"Yes!" The guards quickly stepped upstairs.

The servants invited everyone to be seated quickly, brewed tea, and prepared snacks without the slightest negligence.

This was Catherine’s first time here, although she had returned to the royal family for some time, she hadn’t formally met him yet.

Ian Shelby’s palace was spacious, almost maintaining its original appearance from the last century, as he always respected historical remnants, a rare sentiment.

Before long, Ian Shelby appeared at the turn of the stairs.

Like a gentleman, he descended calmly with a gaze as calm as water.

Justin Kingston’s gaze lingered on his face for a few seconds, noticing the visible haggardness.

"Hello, Prince Louis!"

As Ian Shelby stepped down the last stair, the servants greeted him in unison.

Ian Shelby exchanged glances with Catherine and noticed the two men carrying something rather large, covered by a red cloth.

Coming before everyone, he spoke calmly, "Hello, Your Highness." This was out of respect for his father and a thank you to her for sincerely accompanying his father for so many years.

This made Catherine gain much face in front of Justin Kingston.

"Hello, Prince." Justin Kingston’s thin lips slightly moved.

"Hello, CEO Kingston." Ian Shelby also greeted him.
