Chapter 1202: 629: Extra Story: The Big Bad Wolf Tries to Win Over the Little White Rabbit 2

She cried out as if she had been humiliated, "Get away... you bastard... let go of me..."In the dim light, he saw two streams of tears slide down from the corners of her eyes, piercing his heart, yet inexplicably stirring an even stronger anger within him.

Did she really hate his touch so much?

Did being with him make her feel so aggrieved?

He removed his clothes and sank down, immersing himself without hesitation.

She cried out desperately, "I am already Claud Laurence’s woman, what more do you want?"

His advancing body trembled fiercely, his eyes widened as he looked at her.

She pushed him away with all her might, like a frightened rabbit, rushing to the corner of the bed and tightly wrapping herself with the quilt.

His murky black eyes narrowed, a cold and dark gaze shot out, fixing straight on her.

She trembled, sobbing and crying in pain.

The flames of desire in his eyes gradually extinguished; he kept watching her.

She lowered her head, with tears ceaselessly gushing out, conveying her current panic and grievance.

"You lied to me."

Like an injured lion, his hoarse voice echoed in the dark night, his eyes locked tightly on her, searching for every subtle expression of deception on her face.

Her tear-filled eyes met his dark, bottomless gaze, shouting with a sob, "Chester, not everyone in this world will wait for you, why are you so selfish? It was you who pushed me to someone else with disregard, and just when I finally figured everything out and wanted to start a new life, you came to destroy everything I had worked so hard for... Why are you doing this to me? You ruined my first half of life, are you going to ruin the second half too? Do I have to live in pain for the rest of my life so you can be satisfied?"

Her words, like sharp blades, pierced his heart.

Pain spread through his chest...

There was no anger left in his eyes, no heat, nor the burning desire to possess...

He calmed down, faced with her accusations, he was speechless.

She sobbed and pleaded, "I beg you, don’t destroy my happiness again, just pity me for once for what I have given..."

Her accusations cut like scars across his heart.

His dark eyes gradually lost their brightness, becoming deep and finally dim.

She continued to cry, "Between us, it’s truly impossible now..."

Chester took a deep breath, stood up, and put on his pants.

Alice curled up in the corner of the bed, her sobbing unending.

He slowly walked out of the room, his back in the dark carried a sense of loneliness and desolation, his steps heavy as if they weighed a thousand pounds.

Alice slept in the corner of the bed all night.

When she opened her eyes, sunlight had already poured into the room.

A knock on the door sounded from outside, but Alice didn’t respond.

The servant’s voice came from outside the door, "Miss Robinson, we have prepared breakfast for you."

Upon hearing the servant’s voice, Alice sighed in relief and replied, "I’m not hungry."

"Then I’ll keep it warm for you, so you can come down to eat whenever you want."

Alice didn’t respond further.

The servant quietly left.

Alice stared dazedly at the azure sea outside the floor-to-ceiling window, her mind filled with the scenes of last night’s entanglement with Chester.

Unconsciously, her eyes reddened.

Under a sunshade on the beach, a handsome face revealed a cold and dark countenance.

The servant walked over from the villa, bowing respectfully a meter away, "Mr. Robinson, breakfast is prepared, please dine."

Chester poured the wine behind him into his throat before saying, "I’m not hungry... call her down to eat!"

The servant said, "I have already called Miss Robinson, but she also said she’s not hungry, her voice sounded strange, as if she’s been crying... Mr. Robinson, is Miss Robinson alright?"

Chester didn’t answer the servant, gazing at the sea ahead, his voice deepened, "She hasn’t eaten anything since last night, take the food into her room..."

"Yes."

The servant turned to leave, and Chester instructed again, "Take some decent clothes from the wardrobe of the mistress’s room for her."

"Yes."

The servant retreated, Chester continued to gaze at the sea.

It wasn’t clear how long had passed before the servant returned before Chester again.

"Mr. Robinson, I brought the breakfast upstairs, but Miss Robinson didn’t touch it."

Chester seemed to have anticipated this situation, his expression remained calm as he looked ahead and said, "What about the clothes?"

The servant replied, "Miss Robinson accepted the clothes and went to take a bath."

Chester acknowledged with a sound, waving to signal the servant to leave.
