Andre looked at the Elemental Tide set and decided to modify some of its components.
The Elemental Tide Witchcraft Array was named for the Elements, and the positioning of these Elements was its core principle.
Originally, in the Elemental Tide Witchcraft Array, the Four Great Elements of earth, wind, water, and fire resided at the core.
But now that he had mastered Chaos Magic Power, which integrated all Four Great Elements, he could use Chaos Magic Power to replace the center. The Four Great Elements would then have to be moved outward.
After placing Chaos Magic Power at the center, Andre chose the Destiny and Soul Elements for the second ring.
This was because these two types of Witchcraft were based on matter, and Chaos was the foundation of all matter.
Using Destiny and Soul for the second ring would not only help Andre cast Witchcraft of this type but also ensure the Witchcraft Artifact’s potential for growth. Thus, Andre placed them in the second ring’s position.
The third ring would be time and space. This type of Witchcraft could provide Andre with a world in which to cast his Witchcraft and determine the range of his attacks.
In Andre’s final design, a slight turn of the Space-Time Ring could annihilate an entire world.
The fourth ring would be earth, Wind, water, and fire. The fifth ring would be light and dark. The sixth ring would be Thunder, ice, and flame.
For the Seventh Ring, Andre decided to use the Bloodline Element. In the Endless Star Realm, many races were powerful precisely because of their own Bloodline Power.
The Seventh Ring was designed specifically to draw upon the Bloodline Power of these races, absorbing the power of countless species to become the ultimate Body Refining Wizard.
As for the eighth and ninth rings, Andre hadn’t figured those out yet.
Besides having exhausted his current knowledge on the first six rings, the Elemental Tide Witchcraft Array itself was extremely rudimentary.
Although its final form had nine rings, with each ring possessing the Power of Elements, it only contained nine types in total.
In the design he was now creating for himself, the first six rings alone already contained fourteen types of elements, far exceeding the original scope of the Elemental Tide Witchcraft Array.
He would have to design the rest himself.
’Ring after interlocking ring. This is a modular Witchcraft Artifact, and at the same time, a very powerful Witchcraft Array.’
Andre took out a pen and paper. While sketching the initial design, he calculated the materials he currently had on hand.
After some calculation, he determined that his current materials were enough to craft four rings at most.
And these four rings were the first, fourth, fifth, and sixth rings.
Each ring could increase his strength by at least a third. When these four rings were combined, his strength could even nearly triple.
’For the Destiny Element, the only material I have is a single Destiny Element Magic Plant, the Destiny Flower.’
’Using this Magic Plant to craft the second ring won’t be very effective, and I’ll have to replace it later. I’m also missing materials for the Soul Element.’
After deciding which rings to build, Andre began to calculate the materials he was missing for the others.
’For the third ring, I have a Haoyu Stone Ball, but no materials for the time element.’
’For the Seventh Ring, the Bloodline Ring, I’m missing basically three-quarters of the materials. But some of them can be purchased from the Black Wizards of the Flesh and Blood School.’
After listing the shortfalls, Andre took a fresh sheet of paper and began to sketch the initial form of the Ten Thousand Laws Wheel, modifying it with the Demon Patterns from the Elemental Tide.
This design process took two months. Two months later, Andre looked at the 23rd version of the design draft in his hand and nodded with satisfaction.
’First is the first ring, the Chaos Wheel. The most difficult part of this ring is maintaining the input of Chaos Magic Power while resisting its corrosive effects. I also need to leave an interface so I can enter the Bottomless Abyss to replace the Chaos Crystal.’
Andre looked at the materials spread all over the floor and frowned.
In his design, the Ten Thousand Laws Wheel began with the first ring, the Chaos Wheel, so the Chaos Wheel had to be crafted perfectly.
The materials he possessed could, at most, support the Chaos Wheel up to the level of a Morning Star Great Wizard, after which it would need to be replaced.
But if he wanted to push it to the level of a Morning Star Great Wizard, he would have to craft one less ring.
Andre looked at the materials he had and sighed.
’My wealth is countless times greater than that of other Level 1 Wizards.’
’But when it comes to crafting this Witchcraft Artifact I’ve designed, even this fortune seems stretched thin.’
’No wonder Wizards are constantly launching expeditions. The cost of materials for crafting Witchcraft Artifacts makes it impossible for them to remain secluded in a single world.’
Andre gathered up all the materials he had laid out and headed for the Task Hall.
He planned to sell some of the materials he didn’t need and exchange them for ones he did.
Soon, Andre arrived at the Task Hall and began to browse the rare materials recently listed for sale on the Magic Energy Screen.
Now that he had become an Official Wizard, his clearance in the Task Hall had increased, allowing him to see many more materials.
And with one look, he saw many, many rare materials.
Among them were many that could be used to craft the Ten Thousand Laws Wheel. However, the materials he already possessed were better, so these weren’t what he needed.
Andre continuously scrolled through the materials for sale on the Magic Energy Screen, searching for what he needed.
After flipping through dozens of pages, Andre finally found the first item: Primordial Refined Gold. This material was formed when Refined Gold was weathered by time.
It had a single defining characteristic: hardness. Besides being hard, Refined Gold also had good conductivity for Magic Power.
Based on these two points, this piece of Primordial Refined Gold was perfect for crafting the Chaos Wheel.
After deciding to buy this material, Andre looked at the details.

’A set of ten Spirit God Potions... and this piece of Primordial Refined Gold is only the size of a fist?’
Andre frowned as he looked at the exchange requirement.
’Spirit God Potions are meant for Level 2 Wizards. Exchanging them for this piece of Primordial Refined Gold isn’t a loss, of course... but for a piece that’s only the size of a fist, the price is a bit high.’
He was capable of concocting Potions used by Level 2 Wizards, despite only being a Level 1 Wizard himself.
But a count of ten was a little steep.
Andre checked the listing time for the material, then continued scrolling.
After a few more pages, Andre saw another material that could also be used to craft the Chaos Wheel.
The Stone of Time. This was also a material imbued with the Power of Time.
However, because the Power of Time had only lingered on it for a very short duration, the material’s value wasn’t high.
But the very fact that it had endured the Power of Time’s arrival and departure for even a moment without disintegrating meant this Stone was also extremely hard.
