Synopsis
After dying from overwork in his past life, Lin Qi is reborn into a world plagued by Calamity Beasts where martial arts are the only path to survival. Upon awakening the mysterious Golden Damaged Banner, he begins acquiring divine talent templates, starting with the legendary Erlang Yang Jian. This reads like a classic progression fantasy, blending the system trope with traditional Chinese mythology. It is tailor-made for fans of power fantasies and methodical growth, while those seeking complex character dramas or fast-paced plot twists may find the focus on grinding tedious. The standout quality is the fusion mechanic, which promises a steady, rewarding climb in power. The pacing appears geared toward a slow-burn accumulation of strength, emphasizing the effort required to reach the pinnacle of martial arts.

Editorial Review
This is an extremely early-stage project, currently sitting at just one chapter. While the premise of fusing divine templates based on Erlang Yang Jian is a strong hook and promises a clear progression path, there is virtually no content to judge the actual execution of the plot or character depth. The focus on grinding is a staple of the genre, providing a reliable structure for progression. The strength of the work lies in its high-concept power system and the clear goal for the protagonist. However, the primary weakness is the total absence of established narrative momentum given the current chapter count. It remains to be seen if the author can successfully translate this promising setup into a sustainable long-form story.
