Thus, regardless of how Zhou Tian was thinking at the time, since they knew Zhou Tian had created powerful entities that could threaten even those top-tier factions with his own ability, they naturally couldn’t help but desire that power. What Zhou Tian did back then was undoubtedly frightening. Regardless of whether his plan at the time had any real possibility of success, the fact that Zhou Tian’s arrangement led to most living beings cultivating Abyssal Power being killed certainly caused those factions to doubt Zhou Tian’s intentions.
It is even likely that after seeing what Zhou Tian did at the time, many people might have considered Zhou Tian insane. After all, if Zhou Tian’s mind wasn’t troubled, it would seem to those people at the time that he could have used his ability for better purposes; why choose a path to self-destruction?
However, even if Zhou Tian’s mind was indeed troubled at the time, it didn’t prevent these factions from wanting to obtain Zhou Tian’s Abyssal Power. After all, Zhou Tian’s ability to pull off such self-destructive acts came from this power, and if they obtained it, they certainly wouldn’t act so recklessly. Thus, regardless of why those powerful entities sought death previously, once they learned of what Zhou Tian had accomplished, those who had witnessed the formidable abilities of Abyssal Power were inevitably drawn to Zhou Tian’s ’Success’.
Based on the situation back then, those ambitious faction leaders certainly wouldn’t oppose him just because of Zhou Tian’s past actions. Contrarily, it was precisely because of the huge commotion Zhou Tian had caused, that made those factions want to ally with him to learn the method of cultivating Abyssal Power.
Therefore, judging merely by the normal responses of those factions at the time, those actions would only have positively influenced Zhou Tian, and from any perspective at the time, it shouldn’t have impacted his plan negatively.
After all, according to Zhou Tian’s intentions, if indeed such living beings did come forward, it was unlikely Zhou Tian would reject their requests. And given the situation at the time, once Zhou Tian agreed to their requests, a large number of living beings would certainly start cultivating Abyssal Power.
Perhaps those living beings initially sought to obtain Abyssal Power, already planning on defying or even betraying Zhou Tian. But in reality, once they truly cultivated Abyssal Power, then how they would ultimately act might not be their own decision.
With Zhou Tian’s ability, he could easily control those living beings cultivating Abyssal Power if he wished. Thus, if some factions chose to cultivate Abyssal Power, the final result would be those factions inevitably becoming his chess pieces, and with their power, Zhou Tian’s plan was virtually guaranteed with almost no chance of further problems.
However, at present, there were no strong entities in that world capable of halting his plan, but this didn’t mean such strong entities couldn’t appear later. In fact, if Zhou Tian’s actions at the time were known by his external enemies, even if Zhou Tian’s plan was already mostly successful, he would still have to temporarily retreat. This was because Zhou Tian’s enemies were extraordinarily powerful, and if he were to combat them directly without the suppression of World Consciousness, Zhou Tian could only guarantee his own Safety without encountering Danger, but annexing the world at that point under such Resistance would be impossible.
Undoubtedly, even without a Thinking capability, when Zhou Tian’s plan severely threatened the world’s Safety, even with Abyssal Consciousness restraining it from attacking Zhou Tian, some Minor Actions would inevitably prompt those factions to oppose Zhou Tian.
Ultimately, it seems the purpose of that World Consciousness at the time was to recall the Divine King who ruled that world. It was believed that under such circumstances, besides the possible return of the Divine King thwarting Zhou Tian’s plan, even if all internal Strength of the world was gathered, it probably couldn’t even drive Zhou Tian away.
Therefore, given the situation at the time, the World Consciousness would instinctively make related moves if it didn’t want to be annexed.
Unfortunately, firstly, the World Consciousness at that time lacked real Thinking capability, so it might rely on instinct to make similar moves, but without specific targeting, it was unclear how effective those series of actions actually were without testing.
Secondly, although Zhou Tian’s relaxed vigilance at the time gave the World Consciousness an Opportunity to make some Minor Actions, such Opportunities always existed, and if those Minor Actions weren’t highly Threatening to Zhou Tian, he wouldn’t dare to lower his guard.
In reality, back then Zhou Tian could ensure the World Consciousness couldn’t openly suppress or attack him, but given the situation at the time, if the World Consciousness truly aimed to do something, it was nearly an impossible task for Zhou Tian to stop it, based on his abilities.
At most, Zhou Tian would only recognize what the opponent did, then based on his own understanding, smooth over the impact of their Actions. As long as at that time the World Consciousness’s Action didn’t achieve its intended purpose as imagined, regardless of its hidden intentions, achieving its goal would likely be difficult.
Unfortunately, because Zhou Tian had relaxed for a moment, it was indeed impossible to keep as close an eye on the World Consciousness as usual. However, even under such circumstances, if the World Consciousness intended to act against Zhou Tian, it couldn’t truly cause too much of a stir, for if its Actions grew too bold, Zhou Tian, not truly indifferent at the time, would inevitably notice its Actions.
Thus, given the circumstances then, the World Consciousness’s Actions didn’t seem as effective as they appeared. Although it might have been somewhat difficult to intercept or sabotage Zhou Tian’s plan, if its aim was merely to cause some trouble for Zhou Tian, honestly, those Actions by the World Consciousness did appear to have that effect.
Theoretically, once Zhou Tian’s Information became known to the factions of that world, they would only think of winning Zhou Tian over; seeking to oppose him wouldn’t be common. However, even though under normal conditions during that time, the Threat to Zhou Tian from this Information leaking was minor, if that Information reached individuals who weren’t supposed to know, it could still cause some trouble for Zhou Tian.
The factions unwilling to offend Zhou Tian were those small-scale ones, aware of their Weak Strength and that Cooperation with Zhou Tian was unlikely. They knew that if they angered Zhou Tian, based on Zhou Tian’s previous Actions, he could potentially obliterate them in an instant.
Thus, even with no means to ingratiate themselves with Zhou Tian, these factions definitely wouldn’t desire to become his Enemies. Accordingly, even if they learned some information related to Zhou Tian, to avoid any accidental Actions causing offense, those factions would most likely pretend to be unaware of his existence.
And, those who would seek Zhou Tian’s favor were naturally those mid-to-high-tier factions, possessing Ambition for more significant power. Driven by this Ambition, these factions would certainly strive to obtain any Strength benefiting their ambitions. Undoubtedly, if they could gain Zhou Tian’s Help, it would be very favorable for them.
So, when those factions learned of Zhou Tian’s Information, it was entirely beneficial and harmless to Zhou Tian.
Yet, nothing is absolute; though most factions, upon learning Zhou Tian’s Information, would mostly opt to ally with him, similarly there would be some factions that, once informed about Zhou Tian’s Information, would likely choose not to coexist peacefully with him.
