If Zhou Tian didn’t seize the time to change everything, then no matter how good his Performance looked right now, in the end he would most likely still be unable to escape the fate of being Annexed by his Enemies. At this moment there was only one Method to change that situation back then, and that was Diligence in raising the Abyss World’s Strength. It was believed that if, at this moment, the Abyss World’s Strength could become as powerful as the Divine Realm, then even if the Divine Realm later wanted to launch an Invasion of the Abyss World, it might not be able to do anything to the Abyss World. Once both sides truly possessed the Ability to confront each other, most of the Divine Realm’s Tactics would naturally lose effect.
And long ago, Zhou Tian had already realized all of this, so both consciously and unconsciously, Zhou Tian had always been Diligent in raising the Abyss World’s Strength. After all, other Tactics could only Help him to a limited extent; given the situation back then, if Zhou Tian wanted to obtain final Success, he still had to rely on the Abyss World.
Thus, since the Invasion Crisis from the Divine Realm had already passed at that time, and Zhou Tian needed to once again raise the Abyss World’s Strength in order to resolve his own Problems, then under those circumstances, for the sake of his own Safety, Zhou Tian once again began to corrode other worlds, allowing the Abyss World to Annex those worlds and thereby raise the Abyss World’s Strength. Such a choice naturally was nothing worth being surprised about.
However, although at this moment the Abyss World’s Strength was still far inferior to the Divine Realm, when compared to most Advanced Worlds, the Abyss World’s Power absolutely counted as formidable. Thus, under those circumstances, if Zhou Tian wanted to raise the Abyss World’s Strength, then even if it Annexed ordinary worlds, that would in fact no longer be of much Help to it.
Thus, although at this moment Zhou Tian would still set his sights on ordinary worlds, in reality it was already unlikely that Zhou Tian himself would personally Take Action against those ordinary worlds. Whether Lower Worlds or Intermediate Worlds, under normal circumstances Zhou Tian would not Take Action against them. Any Annexation Action that could make Zhou Tian personally participate would, under normal circumstances, be aimed at an Advanced World.
Undoubtedly, Advanced Worlds were not so easy to deal with. Just as the Divine Realm’s Strength was clearly above them, yet every Action it launched against the Abyss World often ended in Failure. In any Combat, the side on Defense always occupies a certain Advantage; under those circumstances, even if Zhou Tian and the Abyss World’s Strength surpassed that of ordinary Advanced Worlds, as long as the other side resisted resolutely, it was absolutely impossible for there to be any Problem in repelling Zhou Tian and the other Invaders.
Of course, on the surface it did not seem difficult for those Advanced Worlds to repel Zhou Tian’s Invasion, but in reality that was only the surface of the matter. In truth everyone understood that the matter at hand was not that Simple. Judging from all aspects, if Zhou Tian’s Invasion were truly that easy to repel, then he would not have been able to pose such a great Threat to those Advanced Worlds at that time, and he had even almost Annexed a Paradise protected by a Divine King.
Although in terms of Strength disparity, the gap between Zhou Tian and those Advanced Worlds was definitely not as great as the gap between the Divine Realm and the Abyss World, Zhou Tian’s Advantage in Strength was indeed not obvious. Yet if he truly made up his mind to clean up those Advanced Worlds, it was not as if he had no Advantage at all.
In fact, there was still some gap between the Abyss World and those Advanced Worlds at that time, and the greatest gap lay in this: the Abyss World under Zhou Tian’s control could bring all of its Strength into perfect play, whereas conversely, although those Advanced Worlds were not weaker than the Abyss World in terms of Strength, they were unable to fully exert their own Strength. Thus, when they used only a portion of their Strength to oppose the Abyss World, which was not weaker than them, it was nothing strange that Zhou Tian, relying on the Abyss World’s Strength, would take them down.
The last time in the Paradise, Zhou Tian failed to Annex it only because of an Accident. Under normal circumstances, as long as Zhou Tian could properly bring his Advantages into play, then when it came time to Annex any given Advanced World, there should not theoretically be too great a Problem.
Thus, since the last Annexation Action against the Paradise did not end in Success, and at this moment he had also formed grudges with so many Divine Kings, in order to avoid enraging that group of Divine Kings and making those Divine Kings, who were already terrified of him, join forces against him, and also in order to achieve Recovery of his Strength and prepare for the next Action, Zhou Tian naturally was unlikely to once again set his sights on the Paradise. At least in the near term, it was impossible for Zhou Tian to once again attempt to Annex the Paradise.
In any case, although the number of Advanced Worlds was not great, it certainly could not be called few, and given his Strength, dealing with the majority of Advanced Worlds posed no Problem. Thus, under the circumstances at that time, since Zhou Tian possessed the Ability to Annex most Advanced Worlds, then when the Opportunity was not yet ripe to deal with the Paradise, it was nothing strange for Zhou Tian to use this preparatory period to set his sights on other worlds.
Even among Advanced Worlds, the Paradise was a peak existence, so taking down that world was certainly no easy task. If he did not employ the correct method, then in theory, it was fundamentally impossible for Zhou Tian to have any Opportunity to take that world.
And given the Paradise’s situation, if Zhou Tian wanted to Annex it, he would certainly need the Angels’ Help. However, although Zhou Tian did command an Angels branch, because their Strength had been needed in the last few Combats, even if the Angels branch under Zhou Tian had not been annihilated, their remaining combat Strength at that time was already very little.
Without a doubt, under those circumstances, if Zhou Tian actually faced the Paradise again, it was likely that he would be utterly unable to field enough powerful Angels. Under those circumstances, if the Angels under Zhou Tian’s command were not much in terms of Strength, then wanting to directly Annex the Paradise in one stroke would become something absolutely impossible to accomplish.
Since Zhou Tian himself was already clearly aware that, given his current situation, Annexing the Paradise was almost impossible, then under such circumstances, knowing it could not be done, it was impossible from any perspective for Zhou Tian to continue staring at the Paradise.
After all, there were still quite a few Advanced Worlds at that time. If the Paradise was hard to deal with, then he could simply go deal with those worlds that were easier to handle. And given his Strength, Zhou Tian was very confident that, barring Accident, in theory it should not be too difficult for him to take one or two relatively ordinary Advanced Worlds at that time.
And as long as Zhou Tian could indeed take one or two Advanced Worlds, then by Annexing those worlds he would certainly be able to raise the Abyss World’s corresponding Strength. Once the Abyss World’s Strength grew powerful, it was obvious that when Zhou Tian later moved against the Paradise or even the Divine Realm, the difficulty would likewise lessen. (To be continued.
