The author successfully manages the transition between the ABO, stand-in, and mermaid settings without losing the core thread of the plot. However, at only sixty-two chapters, the execution feels somewhat rushed. With so many leads fighting for the protagonist's attention across multiple dimensions, the resolution arrives quickly, leaving some of the romantic development feeling superficial. The heavy drama elements are present but do not have enough space to truly breathe or create genuine emotional tension. Despite the brevity, the completed status ensures a satisfying conclusion rather than an abrupt cliffhanger. It functions well as a light, quick read, though the narrative depth is sacrificed for the sake of rapid pacing and gag-driven scenarios.
